**Programs, workflows, and estimates got smarter**

This release adds month-based program recurrence, improves workflow recovery, and brings stage estimate overrides into the product.

- **New:** Programs can now run on calendar-month intervals, with backfill alignment to keep schedules on track.
- **Improved:** Workflows are more resilient with better recovery for stale-running jobs and a fix for duplicate watchdog dispatches.
- **New:** Stage instances now support estimate overrides, with editing in the UI and reporting that reflects the overridden values.
- **Fix:** The AI preset editor no longer crashes in the common TDZ case.
