Today’s release adds new workflow and inbox capabilities, plus broader reliability monitoring across integrations and widgets.

- **New:** Ticket message filters and shortcodes are now available, along with an SMS inbox phone picker for faster inbound message handling.
- **Improved:** Integration credential health checks and worker watchdog monitoring were added to catch broken integrations and stalled background processing sooner.
- **Improved:** Widget drift and ticket SMS reply checks were expanded to help prevent visible data and inbox issues.
