We improved how AI-assisted field layouts and task completion behave, with safer button handling and clearer labels.

- **New:** AI can now better look up and persist field layouts, including refreshed media links and soft-deleted layout handling.
- **Improved:** Manual AI action buttons now fail closed, and stage detection is more reliable for cleaner handoffs.
- **Improved:** Task completion now waits for pending saves and enforces required-field checks before finishing a stage.
