Update a Marketplace item

When a Marketplace item you already use has a new version, AgencyTitan opens an update wizard so you can review the changes before applying them. The wizard preserves your workspace changes and asks you to decide only where your values and the publisher’s values overlap.

  1. Open Marketplace ( /marketplace (opens in new tab) ) and open an item that is already in your workspace.
  2. When an update is available, choose the update action and review the planned changes.
  3. Continue to Conflicts when the preview shows overlapping changes.

Updates use the update wizard for an item already in your workspace. This lets the wizard compare the original version, your current workspace value, and the new publisher value before it applies the update.

The Conflicts step automatically suggests a resolution for every conflict and shows a plain-English reason for the suggestion. The platform assist can use policy recommendations or AI suggestions, depending on the field. It does not use your tenant’s AI credits.

Each conflict appears in one row. Choose the value you want inline:

  • Keep mine keeps your workspace value.
  • Take publisher applies the value from the new Marketplace version.
  • Keep original restores the value from the original version.

Layout conflicts are preselected to use the publisher’s layout by default. This applies the publisher’s layout changes when you continue without changing those layout fields. To preserve the current tenant layout for a field, choose Keep my layout for that field.

Select Show details when you need to compare the raw original, workspace, and publisher values. The resolved count in the summary shows how many conflict fields still need a choice. You can continue once all conflicts are resolved.

The first suggestion pass runs automatically when you enter Conflicts. Select Re-run AI suggestions to request suggestions again for fields that are still eligible. Select Undo suggestions to remove choices made by the suggestion pass. These actions do not override choices you made yourself.

For a whole-object decision, expand Advanced: resolve whole objects instead of fields. There you can keep the entire workspace object or replace it with the publisher object. Field-by-field choices are the safer default when you want to preserve selected local changes.

After you review the resolved count and planned update summary, continue to confirm and apply the update.
