Workflow filters, MFA, and AI controls improved
Today’s release tightened workflow filtering, added/expanded MFA and session handling, and improved AI generation controls and ticket insights.
- New: Workflow filters now support trigger identity more consistently, including editing, publishing, and backfilling existing filters.
- Fix: Staff sign-in is more reliable with MFA support and better session handling, including a fix for live sessions being lost after a hard refresh.
- Improved: AI generation now uses clearer budgets and safeguards, with improved handling for long-running streams and visual generation limits.
- Improved: Ticket AI Insights and linked-task cards received usability polish.
- Improved: Billing markup tiers now auto-arrange more cleanly.
