AI authoring and access controls got a major cleanup
We tightened how AI tools, SOPs, and help content behave, while also fixing a few visible access and read issues.
- New: Added SOP and training shortcodes to make guided content easier to reuse in the product.
- Improved: Improved AI tool access and permission checks, including clearer gating for chat and builder actions.
- Fix: Fixed member read behavior for custom objects and agency display data so records show up correctly.
- Fix: Cleared agency-switch UI state more reliably when changing agencies.
