AI workflows and onboarding got a major upgrade
This release expands AI-assisted setup, planning, and workflow tools across the product, with several fixes to make them more reliable and visible in the UI.
- New: Added broader AI support for planning, workflows, fields, layouts, processes, and views, giving teams more places to use AI-assisted setup and editing.
- Improved: Improved onboarding and setup experiences, including a refreshed setup flow and updated guidance for getting departments and team access configured.
- New: Expanded support for client imports, notes, escalations, and ticket AI policies so these workflows are easier to use and more consistent.
- Fix: Fixed realtime updates and related UI behavior so changes appear more reliably in areas like processes, escalations, and chat-driven workflows.
