Workflow validation and ticket handling improvements
Today’s release tightened workflow publishing checks and shipped several ticketing and integration improvements.
- Fix: Fixed workflow publish validation for typed named-stage conditions, reducing false errors when saving workflows.
- Improved: Improved ticket handling with draft claim-on-open behavior, assignment continuity, archive protection, and note attachments.
- New: Added and expanded HubSpot integration support, including webhook handling and auto-mapping improvements.
- Improved: Updated the ticket inbox and message views to better surface attachments and reply behavior.
- New: Expanded MCP preset support and related integration presets for connected tools.
